How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?

Do you cover all of Sydney, or only the Northern Beaches?
We service commercial sites Sydney-wide from our office and workshop in Brookvale on the Northern Beaches. Major projects also extend to Victoria and Western Australia. If you're not sure whether your site falls within our service area, get in touch and we'll let you know. -
Can existing clients reach Ktronics after hours?
Yes. Clients on a maintenance contract or 24/7 monitoring agreement can reach our emergency control room any time on 1300 621 006. For non-urgent service requests outside business hours, email service@ktronics.com.au and we'll respond first thing the next business day.
